Refund Policy

The refund will be done In the same manner as the delivery. The product shall repacked in the same packaging received in same manner, In case if it is found that package or product is not in same manner as sent, entity has right to cancel its refund amount. Same delivery partner will manage the refund and a refund should be requested within 10 days of the delivery. Once the product is received and in a fit condition the refund amount will be processed within 7 working days.

After reviewing your return request, we will send our courier partner to pick up the products delivered to you. Currently our shipping partner is Delhivery and all shipping is subject to the terms and conditions of Delhivery.

In case our reverse pick up service is not available at your location, you will need to self-ship the product via any reliable courier partner.

After your product(s) is received, we will verify it against the claim and initiate the replacement or refund accordingly. Please note that replacement will depend upon the stock availability.

Under what conditions can I return/ replace my product?
• Wrong product delivered
• Expired product delivered
• Damaged product delivered – Physical damage/ tampered product or packaging
• Incomplete order – missing products

OLAMOR reserves the right to cancel any order without pre-confirming the customer at any time and may verify any order before shipping the same to the customer that may include having a verbal or written confirmation from the customer.
