Eau de Cologne:
This tends to contain about 6% essence dissolved in alcohol of 65º or 70º. It is delightfully refreshing in hot weather and because it doesn’t last long, it can be frequently reapplied directly to the skin. This is skin-friendly and mild on the skin.
Eau de toilette:
It can contain up to around 10% to 15 % aromatic essence.it evaporates and fades away quite quickly, which are particularly appropriate for the summer.
Eau de parfum:
A version of a perfume that contains a lower percentage of fragrant essential oils than parfum(in French) means a mild form of perfume but a higher percentage than that of eau de toilette. So this is less concentrate so it is good for sensitive skin. Au de parfum which makes it perfect to spray on clothing. (you will experience stain if you are wearing delicate fabrics such as silk).
Perfume:
This is a pure form of fragrances or aroma oils.
Also called perfume extract, this is the most expensive version of any fragrance because of its pure form, the high concentration of essences – as much as 40% by volume, only a tiny amount is needed. This you can apply on the wrist, behind ears or at the neck collar.
