OLAMOR Cosmetic LLP Refund & Return Policy

Overview

At OLAMOR, customer satisfaction is important to us. Our return and refund policy is valid for 5 days from the date of delivery. If more than 5 days have passed since delivery, we reserve the right to refuse a refund, return, exchange, or replacement request. Products purchased from OLAMOR are non-transferable and may only be returned by the original purchaser.

Eligibility for Returns

• Product must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition as received.
• Product must be returned in its original packaging.
• All labels, tags, seals, inserts, accessories, and promotional items must be intact.
• Valid proof of purchase must be provided.

Return, Replacement & Refund Eligibility

Refunds or replacements will be considered only for:
• Wrong product delivered.
• Product received damaged.
• Manufacturing defects.
• Expired products.
• Leakage due to transit damage.
• Empty package received.
• Missing items in shipment.

Claims must be reported within 48 hours of delivery at info@olamor.in with supporting evidence.

Proof Required for Claims

• Unboxing video.
• Photographs of outer package.
• Shipping label photographs.
• Product photographs.
• Order number and invoice details.

Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items

• Opened or used skincare, cosmetic, and personal care products.
• Products with damaged or tampered packaging.
• Gift cards and complimentary products.
• Downloadable software products.
• Sale, clearance, promotional, and discounted items.
• Customized and bulk orders.

Situations Where Returns Will Not Be Accepted

• Opened, used, tested, or partially consumed products.
• Missing packaging, invoice, labels, or seals.
• Requests made after the applicable period.
• Damage caused by misuse or improper storage.
• Change of mind after purchase.
• Dissatisfaction with fragrance, texture, packaging, or expected results.
• Incorrect delivery information provided by customer.
• Refusal of delivery or customer unavailability.

Product Performance Disclaimer

Results may vary depending on skin type, environment, lifestyle, allergies, and usage habits. OLAMOR does not guarantee specific results. Refunds will not be granted solely due to dissatisfaction with product performance or personal preferences.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days and credited to the original payment method. For COD orders, valid bank details must be provided.

Refund Amount

• Refunds are limited to the actual purchase price paid for the product.
• Shipping, handling, COD, convenience, and service fees are non-refundable.
• Return shipping costs may be deducted where applicable.

Damaged Product Refund Limitation

OLAMOR's liability is limited solely to the value of the affected product. The maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for that product.

Replacement Policy

OLAMOR reserves the right to offer a replacement product instead of a refund whenever appropriate and subject to availability.

Bulk Orders

Bulk, wholesale, institutional, corporate, and customized orders are non-cancellable and non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Fraud Prevention

OLAMOR reserves the right to refuse returns, replacements, exchanges, or refunds in cases of suspected fraud, policy abuse, excessive returns, false claims, or insufficient evidence.

Force Majeure

OLAMOR shall not be liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, transportation disruptions, governmental restrictions, pandemics, or technical failures.
