2. Heat the wax: Hydrosoluble wax is typically designed to be heated using a wax warmer or wax heater. Follow the manufacturer's instructions to heat the wax to the appropriate temperature. It's important not to overheat the wax to avoid burns or discomfort.
3. Test the temperature: Before applying the wax to your skin, it's crucial to test the temperature on a small area of your body to ensure it's comfortable and not too hot.
4. Apply the wax: Using a spatula or applicator, apply a thin and even layer of the hydrosoluble wax in the direction of hair growth. Ensure that the layer is thick enough to adhere to the hair but not excessively thick, as this can make it harder to remove.
5. Place a wax strip: Take a wax strip or fabric strip and press it firmly onto the applied wax. Smooth it down in the direction of hair growth, ensuring it adheres well.
6. Remove the strip: Hold the skin taut with one hand and use the other hand to quickly and firmly pull the strip off in the opposite direction of hair growth. The strip should be pulled parallel to the skin, not upwards. Pulling in one swift motion helps to minimize discomfort.
7. Repeat the process: Continue applying the hydrosoluble wax and removing the strips in small sections until you've covered the desired area.
8. Cleanse and soothe the skin: Once you've finished waxing, use our shea butter Cleansing Milk or soothing lotion to remove any residue and soothe the skin. Follow the product instructions for best results.
